We offer free standard delivery on purchases over £250 to UK Mainland addresses*. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands are not included within our standard free delivery service.
For smaller items and products up to £249.99, a delivery charge of £50 will be applied at Checkout.
Returns
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the condition of items and although rare, items can occasionally sustain damage during transit. Therefore, we kindly ask that on taking ownership of your item(s), you to carryout a thorough inspection promptly. If you notice any damage within 24 hours of receiving your item, please inform us so that we can swiftly arrange for a complimentary collection and replacement of the affected item(s).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
